ABSTRACT

Radiotherapy (RT) plays an important role in the management of head and neck cancer, especially oropharyngeal and nasopharyngeal cancer. It is also associated with several undesired side effects such as radiation caries which is a common, yet serious, complication. We are presenting a case of radiation caries in 55 year old male patient who had undergone radiotherapy for nasopharygeal carcinoma.
